Lauren's MAXIM Photoshoot Style - Part 1

All I can say about Lauren's photoshoot for MAXIM is ... WOW. I'm so surprised, so happy! She looks so gorgeous and absolutely sexy! I remember the days when I was literally praying for Lauren to have photoshoots and look at her now: MAXIM, Nylon, Foam, Emmy, Esquire - finally it is Lauren's time to show her beauty in photoshoots and talent in movies and tv series: I can't explain how excited I am !

I personally LOVE her style in this photoshoot (when do I not love her style?! lol ), and I hope I'll be able to find the other clothes, too, but until then:

• Clothes: The stylist (Steph Strate) chose a simple black tank by Alexander Wang, Fiorentini + Baker Boots and Levi's Shorts.
• Makeup: The make-up artist (the one and only Jamie Greenberg) used Mark. cosmetics - and just look at her - perfect choice!
• Hair : The hairstylist (Alex Polillo-from Magnet Agency) used Bumble and Bumble for her hair!
• Nails: The manicure was realised by Tracey Sutter.

Lauren's Style for the Foam Mag Photoshoot! (Close call)

Well, as I've said before, it is extremely HARD to find the exact clothes Lauren is wearing, she is so unique with everything she's wearing! I mean just wait until you see the sweater below, it is so similar, but a few little details prove that it's not the same.  

First (and most obvious), there are those black gorgeous details at the neck, sleeves and left shoulder.

Second - the details in the middle of the sweater itself.

I thought I should share this with you anyway, considering it's so similar and some of you might want to buy it even if it's not exactly the same sweater :) Try here !

Lauren wearing white shorts!

Do you guys remember when Amy Shiels, shared this photo of Lauren on Twitter? Well now I have found the white shorts she was wearing :)

Isn't she angellic all in white?

Lauren's Style: Nylon Magazine Photoshoot

Earlier today the page in Nylon Magazine of our wonderful Lauren Cohan was revealed and ...... W-O-W is all I can say. She has this crazy biker (or rocker?) kind-of style and it fits her so damn well! She looks absolutely PERFECT!

So she is wearing this simple dark blue cap, inversely, the Sonic Youth t-shirt you can see in the photo above, but the sleeves are twisted, a (lovely) triangle necklace - wich is NOT the one I attached above, that is just one similar necklace (it's why I added "Close Look" to it and "Exact" to the T-shirt), blue jeans and a black jacket. Personally I can say it a million times: I think she looks PERFECT like this. And that darker lipstick on her lips - I think it simply completes everything.

Lauren Cohan's Style @ Tampa Bay Comic Con 2013

I loved Lauren's simple outfit for the Tampa Bay Comic, so much! It felt kind of comfortable, but also very nice.

 

So, there's a simple white t-shirt , completed with a dark blue blazer (wich in my opinion, looks absolutely gorgeous on her) and jeans. I love that she completed the look with a pair of circle earrings and bracelets (I'm a jewlery lover).

I hope I will find that blazer on the internet sometime soon, because it's definitely my fave!

Close Calls: Blazer & Sandals !

First of all, let me explain what "Close Calls" means here on Lauren Cohan Style. It means clothes/shoes that look almost like the ones Lauren wore, but they're not exactly the same :)

So, a few days ago, I saw a blazer that caught my attention ...

But, even tho it looks like the one Lauren is wearing, we can all see differences. It's not exactly the one Lauren wore, but it looks pretty much like it, so I thought I'd post it here for you all to see (and buy if you want to - HERE).

The second piece I wanted to talk about, in "Close Calls" today is a pair of sandals...

If it wasn't for that detail in the knot of the sandals, I'd say it's the same. What do you guys think?

NEW BEGINNINGS !!

Hey everyone! As you can see I have not updated the blog for a pretty long time: at first I thought I should give up on it for good but then I got a new idea: I'm keeping the "Lauren Cohan Style / Dress Like Lauren" section so I'm changing the name of the blog (and also twitter) from the old "Lauren Cohan Romania" to "Lauren Cohan Style" but keeping the same link and twitter @ so you guys can still find us!

Also if any of you know of any brands that Lauren wore, and you don't see them here on the blog please feel free to let me know at laurencohan_romania@yahoo.com ! I'm aware of the fact that this isn't an easy job, but I'm going to try and do my best and also with your help, and of course Internet's help I'll be able to have the first and only fashion fansite dedicated to Lauren Cohan !
